die wohnung befindet sich auf der dritten etage direkt an loch 3 mit blick auf das wasser und die spielbahn. Das 4-stöckige gebäude vefügt über aufzüge und treppenhäuser. Für das auto gibt es einen überdachten stellplatz.
Es erwartet sie eine ca. 100qm große wohnung mit überdachter terrasse in westausrichtung. Die wohnung verfügt über 2 schlafzimmer ( 1 kingbett (prana sleep matress) / 1 queenbett ) und 2 bäder. Es gibt waschmaschine und trockner, dusche und badewanne und begehbahre kleiderschränke. Mit der klimaanlage wird sowohl gekühlt als auch bei bedarf an kühleren tagen geheizt. Bedienung über ein digitaldisplay. Die große küche mit esstheke,  backofen, mikrowelle, side by side kühlschrank mit frischwasser, eiswürfelbereiter und großem eisfach, ist komplett eingerichtet. Für unsere golfgäste steht jeweils ein herren- und damen schlägersatz kostenlos zur verfügung bereit, sowie 2 golftrolleys zum laufen. 2 tennisschläger und auch pickleball spielgeräte sind vorhanden.
Bettwäsche und handtücher sind selbstverständlich ebenfalls vorhanden. Darüber hinaus gibt es für unsere gäste auch ein strandequipment, bestehend aus strandstühlen, beach-towels und einem mobilen sonnenschutzdach. 

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The flat is centrally located on the third floor directly on hole 3 with a view of the water and the faiway. The 4-story building has lifts and stairwells. There is a covered parking space for your car.You can expect an apartment of approx. 100 square metres with a covered terrace facing west. The apartment has 2 bedrooms ( 1 king ( prana sleep mattress ) / 1 queen ) and 2 bathrooms. There is a washing machine and dryer, shower and bathtub, and walk-in wardrobes. The air conditioning system provides both cooling and heating. It is operated via a digital display.   The large kitchen with breakfast bar,  oven, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with fresh water, ice cube maker and large freezer compartment is fully equipped. A set of men's and women's golf clubs is available free of charge for our golfing guests, as well as 2 golf trolleys for walking. We also have tennisraquets and pickleballraquets for our guests.
bed linen and towels are of course also provided. In addition, our guests also have access to beach equipment, consisting of beach chairs, beach towels and a sunshade.
